Thanks for replying! I am just asking because the agent brought me one good deal that was very profitable in July, but since then nothing. 

What is everyone’s thoughts on a real estate agent requesting that you sign a exclusivity contract with their brokerage? 

Just got my first flip under contract in Buford GA! I have a handyman that does really good work, but I’ve heard it’s best to get a GC. What are your thoughts.
