Hi Hussein, getting your real estate license in Florida typically involves the following steps:

1. Meet the eligibility requirements: You must be at least 18 years old, a legal resident of Florida, and have no felony convictions.
2. Complete pre-licensing education: Florida requires 63 hours of pre-licensing education. You can complete this education through a state-approved real estate school.
3. Pass the state exam: After completing your pre-licensing education, you must pass the state real estate sales associate exam.
4. Apply for a license: Submit your application and pay the required fees to the Florida Real Estate Commission (FREC).

Hey @Hussein Shamsideen, I'm right across the Bay in Tampa. Bob Hogue's school right in your back yard does a really good job. Here's their website: https://www.bobhogue-school.co... I have no affiliation with them, but they're right in your back yard and have been around a very long time. 

I used Aceable Agent. It was not anything to ride home about and got the job done. My advice is to just thoroughly go through all the information and you'll be just fine! 

I used theceshop.com course for both my associate course and brokerage course. It is all online and easy to navigate. I highly recommend you do the test prep with any course.  I also started out as an agent before going into investing. So glad I did so that I knew the contracts in and out and more about the market.  Good luck and way to start early!

One might ask why you are looking for a real estate license? If interested in selling real estate, that makes perfect sense.. but being a RE investment website, I would point out there is little financial reason to get it if just investing in real estate. Any property you buy that you didn't list is going to have a listing agent fee on the listing side; and you can find companies where you can list properties you want to sell on MLS for $150 in our area (avoiding the 2-3% seller's fee on transactions.) just wondering if we (as a community) can be of more help to you.
