In my opinion I think that you should try Propstream.

I say that because you receive a bigger bang for your buck.

When you work with Propstream you receive access to a wide range of tools and resources. 

You will have access to millions of properties, criteria filters, list building, list tagging, skip 

tracing , direct mailing, and emailing, and the list goes on and on. All within one platform. 

While List source is a great resource , from my experience it is a bit costly; I wouldn't  

recommend it because you are charged per prospect lead that fits your criteria and using 

Propstream you receive unlimited leads that fit your criteria! I pray this helps!
