Hello Everyone,

I'm trying to determine if this deal is worth my time and money. This is for a triplex in Lachine. Job is going to be a full gut and reno. Plan is to buy at $425k, invest $200k in renos and refinance the property around $810k (based off comparibles). With estimated monthly revenues of $3600/month once the project is done. Hoping to complete renos in 9months to 11 months. Refinance at the end of the year.
