* Wholesale Opportunity - Vacant Land * - The company I work for (vacant land investing) is looking to wholesale our current inventory. We did this several months ago and sold dozens of properties to multiple investors. We have decided to do another round.

As a company we have decided to focus on specific markets and certain property types. The properties in our inventory are outside those markets and we wish to sell and focus our attention elsewhere.

All properties are owned outright by us. We will sell single properties, multiple properties, or everything to the right investor. All of our asking prices are at 50% of market value, allowing a person to buy and double their investment upon resale, or hold long-term for appreciation. 

We also have a large performing note portfolio we'd sell, in groups of notes, or the whole thing.
