I agree the east side of Columbus has some less desirable parts but there are also a few neighborhoods that have some great potential. Especially long term as you said. That’s one thing I do love about Columbus’s market, it’s very diverse and doesn’t have any terrible areas. Some areas may be better to flip then rent and others are the other way. Just have to know the different parts and the buyer/renter you’re going for. Also yes, I will shoot my info over to you if you every need any work done!

I'm 23 engaged and a father of 2. I've lived in Columbus Indiana my entire life. I already work with a realtor in the area. I specialize in interior remodeling and general contracting.
