Corey Grindo I would focus on finding MOTIVATED sellers and getting better with the numbers you need to sell to end buyers... Nothing worse than a contact you can't sell because u offered too much u can't find a buyer... Been there!

Hey guys in a wholesaler here in charlotte nc. I wanted know from those actively rehabbing in the market if your are seeing it become more difficult to find rehab/renovation deals with the market so hot or are you finding higher profits from bigger ad-on rehabs or pop top type deals vs new builds in the closer in areas of town? Just curious if any one currently just rehabbing is seeing opportunity to get into the tear down new build niche feel free to comment!
