I can get as many properties as I want, just finding it a bit challenging getting more cash buyers, 

everything else is easy, 

depending on the city it might vary but Ive had success with going to the citys website. Go to departments> city clerk> Submit request. Depending on the city itll have you email them with specifics and theyll get back to you. If you have any trouble just call the clerk or code violation dept and they should direct you. 

Municipality will have a tax list, but not foreclosure and probate as those are personal matters. For those you visit the courthouse. Preforeclosure really isn’t a thing, but a concept

As Bob and Dwayne have pointed out, there are no pre-foreclosure lists at your county courthouse or circuit court. Here's how the foreclosure process works in Cuyahoga County:

If you're targeting pre-foreclosures I suggest you bookmark these pages and drive by these properties and/or send a letter/text message (skip trace). There are auction dates scheduled out to 6/27.
