Yes, I would like to grow my cash flow income from my rental properties. Mostly single family homes and triplex in Piedmont, Upper Rockridge, Montclair and Berkeley area.

My name is Hendra Lubis. I have been investing in real estate for almost 18 years. Mostly passive income properties. I own rental properties in Piedmont, Oakland hills and Berkeley area. Since 3 years ago I started doing flipping and rehabbing around Oakland area. I have a real estate team for the business, architect, contractor and lenders.
