This sounds like a great niche to get into but forgive me for what may seems like a dumb question, but what is the value in getting something, like a condemn home under contract? Who would want to buy something like that anyway? I mean most condemned homes I've seen are in terrible areas and even if they were fixed up, aren't worth a whole lot. Maybe I need to keep reading...

I think I have, all of BP behind me when I say, Go Brian Go! Here it is almost 12 AM and I can't go to sleep because I am up, having read this entire thread. Brian I'm so excited for your success for right now, I believe it is right around the corner. You've given me such encouragement in the reading of this thread. I am in insurance sales and I know how hard it can be to speak on the phone and develop rapport with individuals but as your example proves, true learning is in the doing. Because I don't think any book could've taught you the way experience teaches. You give much hope to the individuals who are just starting out just like you, who are spending day and night scouring the pages of bigger pockets looking for answers. I believe what you're doing, is the full embodiment of what bigger pockets stands for. An online community seeking to develop and add value to its fellow members. Brian, thank you for the example that you have left in the pages of this thread. Thank you again and keep pressing on.

@Brandon Turner, I would lime to get into wholesaling and take my profits and invest in homes, duplexes or triplexes using a buy and hold strategy. I am so in love with all the information on this site and the podcasts. You guys are a God sent. Education is key.

This is the second time I am trying to post on the forum, some how I posted my introduction in the wrong spot, go figure. That is what happens when you don't read the directions. Well everyone I would like to thank bigger pocket for creating such an awesome community. I have been listening to the pod casts for the about two months now and I have been lingering in the shadows poking around in the forums. I love this site, it is such a pleasure to be a part of such a great thing. So I look forward to interacting with my fellow investors and growing with you. To everyone God bless you and happy investing.

I'm new to the bigger pockets forum, living in Elizabeth New Jersey and would like to introduce myself. I would like to first thank bigger pockets for making themselves available, for there's so much information on this website. I just look forward to an amazing journey, and I'm thankful for becoming a member of the bigger pockets family.
