Dear Colleagues,

I am a local investor in Irmo, SC. I am in the search for several undervalued properties for rehab projects. I currently have my own Real Estate Investment company and I also am part of a partnership company. Also take on JV projects and I do my individual rehab's. I focus most of my efforts in the Midlands of SC. All of our offers are all cash quick close.

If you may have properties to offer please don't hesitate to call or email.

I'm out and about everyday. While I am driving I'm stopping at homes that have posting in the front windows. It's obvious that the owners have long gone. When I try to find out who the mortgage company may be I run into a wall and it has not made it to the MLS listings. Is there a way to find out who holds the responsibility for the property so that I can approach them with a possible offer? Any comments will be appreciated.
