Can someone please advise me on how you wholesale with a listing agent? The leads that I am getting are already listed on the MLS, with an agent. Is it possible to wholesale a property this way. I was told you can't. Please advise.

Also anyone have any motivated seller lead sites, that are  really the actual homeowner?

I just recently purchased the FMSN, and yes you can see vacant properties, and also high equity free and clear.  There are tons to choose from, also allows you to pick a state, and up to 5 counties. I haven't closed any deals or mailed any letters due to being so busy at the holiday season.
