Hello, i have dotted the T's and crossed the I's in starting my RE Wholesale Investing Business. My LLC is formed and i think i have my 1st Deal. I do however need an investor friendly realtor and contractor on my team to help me with comps and repair estimates to help me determine my offer. Does anyone have any feedback on using Kabbage? What experiences or advise do you have to offer?

In wholesaling properties, who is responsible for getting an appraisal done on the property?  And, should the appraisal be done before or after getting the contract signed by the seller?

I am new to investing with primary focus on Wholesaling.  I am looking to network with a team of people experienced in Real Estate who is familiar with the community and who i can network with and build personal relationships with while I journey through Real Estate Investing.  I am seeking RE Agents, Appraisers, Inspectors, Contractors, title agents, ect. who have worked with wholesalers.

Thanks everyone for the advise. I have a few potential buyers that I met in a Real Estate Meetup Club so I think i need to focus on getting some good deals under contract at this point so I will have something to offer. During all of this, I will start to speak with some investors and see what they are actually looking for. Thanks!

When starting out Wholesaling is it best to begin with finding motivated buyers or motivated sellers?  I know the two go hand and hand but i am stuck with what needs to be done first and kind of scared to proceed.  Help or advice anyone.  Thanks.
