Hi! I have 2000 sf that that I need to drywall. Can anyone recommend a drywaller/company?  I'm located in Northridge, Los Angeles. I know the best way to find a good worker for a good price is through referrals, but I'm fairly new, so any point in a direction is greatly appreciated. Thanks!!

Hi Eric & Michael! Could you share your contractors with me? I don't know anyone in the business to get a referral, but I recently bought a house in LA (Northridge) and need some major work done before moving in - and time and price is of the essence. Please let me know if you wouldn't mind referring some good workers: drywall, window and door installation, electricians, plumbers - need it all, thanks!

I’m starting out, and looking to invest in a multi-family property east of silver lake, around Montecito Heights. Can anyone recommend a broker/agent who invests, or specializes in investments, in that area?

Also, if you have any recommendations for credit unions, banks, or mortgage brokers that have been great to deal with, I’m all ears!  I’m in West Hollywood.
