As to "competitive price" - the established specialized firms, like those serving investors, do not compete on price. The only ones who are willing to compete on price are those who are new to the business and are desperate for new clients. Then later on they are likely to dump these early clients when they accumulate enough business, once it becomes unprofitable to offer those early introductory prices anymore.
I know this is not what you wanted to hear, but it is the truth.

Any recommendations for an expert CPA that's responsive and his price is competitive? Preferably in Hagerstown, Frederick area, but I will consider a good suggestion anywhere in MD.
My Attorney suggested Sean Lydon, CPA 301-948-4400 (Lydon, Fetterolf & Corydon in Rockville), but they are very unprofessional. I have not been able to get a response back after calling, emailing and leaving VMs. I have an easier time buying off market deals than that lol.
I am at 11 doors between me and my partner ~1.5 mil worth of real estate and ~1.5 mil of personal real estate. So nothing big:)
