They are middle income rentals. I've called a couple of neighboring complexes and diswashers are not offered but disposals are. I'm wondering if I should put some in one or two units and see if I can get a better rent.

Is it wise to place a dishwasher and garbage disposal in each unit of a forty-four unit property in order to generate larger rents and higher property value? My concern is maintenance and higher water bills.
