I want to purchase some three yard, rear load dumpsters that are used but cannot find them anywhere in Maryland. Anyone out there know where to look???

Unhinge the front pieces and take a look at them from the side. Alot of times the brass is crimped over the black metal and can just be carefully 'peeled' right off leaving an all black front.

Dyna, I even put outdoor ashtrays on the premisis and the majority of our tenants are utilizing them!! Of course, we've still got the jerks that put their butts out in our freshly painted hallways ;)

Dennis, I thought the opposite of it setting a "trashy" tone. For the brief time I put them out, there was less trash in the area. People actually used them as opposed to dropping trash on the floor. Turns out it's a fire hazard though.

Good tips but what if I get the lock and these morons put their crap in FRONT of my dumpster??? I wouldn't put it past them.

Brandon, if you end up staying with your current provider
because of the leasing issue, you may want to request new machines. Also, fifty percent per month seems rather low to me compared to what I've seen. Maybe you can work out a better deal?
