Hello! I'm curious if these homes are still for sale? I currently have 1 STR and I'm looking to scale and buy more STRs in souther Maine. Thanks, Irie

Post: How to Pay Housekeepers

Hello,

I'm reading Avery Carl's book "Short-Term Rental Long-Term Wealth" and she mentions setting up a designated business account and making housekeepers fill out a W9 and paying them through direct deposit or an online invoice payment platform. I am managing 1 short term rental and my housekeeper prefers to get paid via apple pay. This is not a large operation and I don't want to over complicate things. Do I need to set up a business account, W9, and invoice payment platform for 1 short-term rental or can I pay her through apple pay?
