Does anyone have a sample of the letters you guys used when mailing to foreclosure homes and one to those old houses that have potential to be flipped. im new and I have all the title info I need but since some of them don't answer their phone I want to try mailing to them and see if it helps..

@Arissa pedroza Ive been studying your market and thats what i can see prices are not too high and its a very steady market. I would really like to know more about it and since you are a wholesaler i hope we can do business in a near future. i would really like to see some of the deals you have and if one of them makes sence i sure give it a try

Does anyone know how good can the San Antonio area can be for flips? Im in Los angeles at the moment but its so hard to start doing flips when the market is too high
