I am looking to get my first quadplex through creative financing. Are there any tips you might have on sourcing great deals, deal structure, and how to know whether LTR, MTR, or STR is the best route to take? My ultimate goal is to house-hack this deal as well.

My name is Ike, and I am from Seattle, WA. I have followed the Bigger Pockets podcast for years, especially when I first got my real estate license and got my first deals under my belt in 2021. Since then, I have started my own cleaning company specializing in Airbnb Turnovers, Commercial Real Estate, and working with Realtors to help create memorable client experiences.
