Hey all!  It's been a while since we've gotten together for a meetup.  Gauging interest and availability for next week Monday 6-8pm.  Location is TBD, but somewhere in Fuquay Varina or Holly Springs.  Please drop a line below if you can make it and I'll post details shortly!

@Robert S. I don't live in Greensboro but still manage my properties there.  The property managers are hit or miss and finding a good one may be tough- but that can be said in all markets.  You can definitely find contractors but if I were you, I would spend a couple of days lining up folks to meet so you can build up your team.  Happy to help and if you have any specific questions please feel free to message me!

@Tadeh Vartanian Greensboro is a no-brainer.  I'm originally from the midwest (Chicago area) and have invested in Illinois as well as parts of Wisconsin.  Having moved to NC several years ago, I can say that NC is a much more landlord friendly state, and there are many more deals to be had here.  I've built up a most of my rental portfolio in Greensboro over the last 2 years and the returns are much better than what I see in the Triangle or Charlotte area.  Feel free to reach out if you have any questions or need more advice!
