Thanks, Jonathan. What brought me to BiggerPockets (found out about them on YouTube) was my desire for building long term wealth and greater cash flow.
I'm primarily interested in buying and holding multifamily properties, collecting rent for cash flow.

Hi guys. My name is Ishmael. I'm 21 years old and I'm new to BiggerPockets.com. I joined this website because I want to get started in real estate investing.
To be honest, I was a little nervous typing this introduction because I've never done this before. I guess there's a little part of me that's kind of shy in connecting with new people, especially in unfamiliar territory, but it's also excites me.
