I'm above the 3X since this is a down payment on the house. This is not a renter, it's a buyer. Do you think I'm overpriced?

Thanks Casey for your advice. Will give it a shot

Hi, I have this single family home in Jacksonville Florida trying to sell it with owner financing. I structured that the monthly payment should be the same as a rent payment.

I've advertised on Craigslist, Facebook, Zillow and bandit signs in the area with no luck.

Would anyone suggest how to find this type of renter that would rather own the home over renting with a 10% down payment? Any help would be appreciated!

Hi all,

I'm rehabbing a house that needs some supplies from the PlumbBetter XPA Pipe & Fittings and as some of you may know the company is out of business and cannot get any of those supplies. Would anyone be able to help where I can probably still get them?

Thanks in advance

happy for you that you got a bank that would do this for you. Would you share which bank you used?

welcome Howard. Lots of luck on expanding your portfolio. I'm investing in Jacksonville as well

I have 8 SFH in Jacksonville Florida and looking for any lender that would do a portfolio loan on all of them with no success. It has been months that I'm working with all different types of banks, local and national and getting every excuse in the book.

If anyone can share with me which bank they had success with should please let me know.

Thanks for your help!
