@Scott Trench

Thanks for this.

Index fund investing would be my first choice, but looking into learning from people and sharing thoughs about the stock market.

Have analysis paralysis at the moment.

I want to buy more real estate, but also dont want to miss out on investing in index funds or stocks.

Patience is offcourse key.

What is your thoughs on diversification early on?

I have 3 properties, only 2 cashflowing. The one not cashflowing is a very cheap short term rental that i planned on doing renovations on this year. It does not have a toilet or electricity.

Now i think it would be best to wait, because of high prices and inflation.

@Mike Dymski

Thanks

@Nicholas L.

Thanks

Hi, looking for a good site of app where i can discuss stocks, indez fund and general stock market discussions in a similar manner like the Bigger Pockets forum.

Any tips?

@Scott E.

I want to refinance to loan more money based on increased value on tye properties because i have made big renovations

@Joshua Janus

No i dont have a prepayment penalty

Had som writing errors.

I meant at the end i want to buy more this year

I wantet to lock my rate last year at one of my rentals, but the bank told me then i would not be able to refinance later. Is this common in all banks? This was not in the us btw.

I am worried about increased mortgage payments, and do want a fixed rate. But my whole plan is to refinance later. So what to do?

Another thing that i havr been worried about is that i was planning to refinance 3 properties in the next 4 months or so, but what would happened if the marked crashed and my properties would go down 50%? Can the bank tell me to pay up quick?

Want to my more this year, but unserten times ahead.

Live in Scandinavia btw.

Thanks!

@Nick C.

Still hoping to find just one deal in this marked.

Considering a flip or two to get some capital.

But it could be even harder at a distance?

@Joshua Janus

Sorry if i were not clear.

Traditional banks want 25-35% downpayment.

The hard money lenders can go with a lesser downpayment, but is more expensive.. about 10% interest rates
