Thanks Ola! I am guessing FNB stands for First National Bank. If this is correct please let me know. Also, do you have names of bankers that work for those banks? Thanks again for your time and assistance.

Peace be unto you,

Ivy

Good day!

I have started contacting as many banks as I can for my 1st investment property. I will be house hacking in Baltimore City, Maryland. The property will have to go in my name initially, so I can reap the benefits from my job assistant program. Also, I am going to obtain a 4 unit property. I was wondering if anyone knows of any bankers and banks that are great for investors that can assist me in Baltimore, MD. If so, please do advice. Thanks in advance for your assistance and time.

Peace be unto you,

Ivy

Russel & Santosh, thank you for your assistance. I have had a personal relationship with SECU for a good amount of years, so this should help. Stay prosperous!

Good day!

I am in the Baltimore area and I am looking for bankers that specialize in Multi-unit lending. If you know of anyone, I would greatly appreciate your insight. Also, always looking for private lenders as well. Thank you in advance for your assist.

Good day everyone,

I hope all is well. I’m inquiring about banks, bankers and realtors that specialize in multi family properties preferably fourplexes and triplexes (properties that are still considered residential properties). I am in Baltimore, MD and if you could provide me with bankers, underwriters, or realtors specific names that are tied to the companies that can help me in my local area I would be greatly appreciated. If you know of any private lenders willing to benefit from these types of investments don't hesitated to connect us or connect with me for future projects. Thank you in advance for your time and assistance.
