Hello Melissa, so right now I've seen a posting to build 8 town homes for 650K in an incredible neighborhood in the Tampa area. Property is currently being rezoned from RS-50 to RM-18 and purchased contingent on zoning finishing in September. 2200 sq ft 2 story product with new comps high 400s. Is this the type of deals you work with? Or is there other ways we can work together?
