thanks for the info. I dont plan on wholesaling for long. Just something to help me with my business start up. I know how to build websites and all but when i got ready to start i just didnt know if it was necessary. Ive been driving for dollars. I have a lead generating page i will start to promote. But thats pretty much it. I plan on keeping it simple for now.

I have started reaching out to people using "driving for dollars" and direct mail to possibly cash buyers. I plan on finding cash buyer other was a little later, but my question is do I need a website. if so what would I put on it?
I have the opportunity to put a timeshare under contract for below market value but if i did how should i market it to find a buyer
i only plan on doing a few wholesale deals just to make extra cash but i have read that i should register for a business name (& LLC) is this necessary if i only plan on doing one or two deals every few months. Is it ok to do just do the deals using my name?
I was wondering what would be a good/ok way to market for buyers. I dont want to put anything misleading or something I shouldn't.
Should I put let us find houses for you?
Looking to buy houses for close to nothing?
We have the houses you are looking for.
Or something different?
