https://www.cleveland.com/datacentral/2019/05/april-home-prices-up-in-both-cuyahoga-county-suburbs-and-cleveland.html

so when median prices increase $30k in a couple months, it leads me to think the current pricing is artificial.

do you agree or do you think these prices will hold up?

thanks all!

Investor looking to make a couple moves this summer but finding prices to be unrealistic for the areas I’m looking in. Anyone else feel we are headed for a correction and maybe I should wait for a drop? Thanks to all.
