Thanks Kevin. I tend to feel the same way. Thanks for the tips. I will run the calculation again. The 1% rule is very helpful. Im finding it hard to find deals that really meet the 1% and 2% rule.

Hi All, I am new here and new to Rental investing to a degree. In the past I have just rented out what I have purchased so I did not really care if I was starting out with a "Good Deal".
