I am married with a disability. So to me, financial freedom is not having to rely on my husband to pay the bills if needed and I want to take my husband on a vacation with money I made.

My cousin is selling her house. I want to buy rental property. I am very new to this and I don’t have any experience or own any property yet. Looking to see if this is a good investment. It was a 2 unit, then back to a 1 unit. I’d be willing to put it back to a 2 unit, but it has some issues that needs to be fixed. Thanks for your help!
