Does anyone know of any wholesalers that work this market as well?  Anyone that has any knowledge of a good multi investment on the south shore feel free to shoot me a Pm.

Thanks!

@Cheng Bin Zhang yes I do work at the JP VA! I like it there but still wanna lose the day job :). There was a really big flood that really hurt us. Most departments are back to normal now (unfortunately not mine). They will be repairing damage that was done for at least another year.

As far as reserves go, we do have some cash but not a lot for major repairs, we do however have a very large credit card limit but that would only be good for very short term (maybe flips?).

@Paul Timmins thanks for the info! We have heard about the Rockland meetings before on BP but it is hard to find anything on them through a google search to figure out when and where the meetings are.  We will try to make the Thursday meeting next month!

Thanks for the suggestions so far everyone! We are not in a rush to get out of our current place so time is definitely on our side to find the perfect opportunity :). It's all a math game to us and if the math does not work out in our favor we will hold until  it does.

@rich ng this is going to be the first of many ventures into real estate (well technically third I guess but first on open market). We do pretty well with our other two rentals currently and want to buy enough properties in the end to quit our day jobs and also pay for our dream lake house :).

Thanks again for everyone's help so far!

-Jack

Helloo Bigger Pockets :-) ,

My wife and I are now looking to buy and owner occupy a multi-family. We currently own one 2 family (owner occupy) and a single family that we rent out as well. Unfortunately we cannot find to much after an internet search that may fulfill our needs.

We are looking for 2-4 unit home anywhere South of Boston from Randolph down to about Taunton. Ideal areas would be Easton, Bridgewaters, Raynham, or any of the towns around there but fairly close to the highway (since I travel to JP 4 days a week). We would really like the rent from the other units to come close to or exceed the PITI.

If there are any realtors/wholesalers that knows of any homes that may fit the bill that are not on zillow (or maybe I just missed) feel free to give us a shout :).

We are also open to any suggestions others may have! Our first two homes we kind of stepped into so we have not really went and bought from the open market before!

Thanks for your time!!!

Jack

Thanks Taylor for the information! Unfortunately Quincy is just outside of the area we want to be in. But If you want to forward anyone that may know of some good properties down here that would be greatly appreciated!

Thanks!

We have pretty strong finances and I will be speaking with the loan company today to add my wife to it.
