High BP 

I need your help I found  a community that foreclosed a lot of the units have Chinese drywall so they all have to be remove  I want to make an offer for at least three units like a package I don't know how to go about it. thank you

HI BP. I'M NEW TO ALL THIS R.E.I AND I HAVE NO IDEA WHAT TO DO,I BEEN READING ALOT OF FORM AND IT BEEN GREAT With ALL THE INFO I'LL BEEN GETING FROM ALL YOU GUYS. I want to get into mati-family unit. and hopefully start getting a some type of cash flow.

Hi BP ppl. I have some what the same question. I have a 401k and I want to use it for my first R.E. investment, what the best way to take out with paying as little as possible taxes or getting penalize
