Hi!
I just started college back in January, and I really want to get into the rental property game.
I've been reading a lot of books about it, and my brother is starting to build his own successful business.
I want to have a passive income as I go throughout my college career, that way I won't have a ton of debt when I finish. I want to start my own investing by the end of the year.
