Hi @Mindy Jensen, I use apartments.com for my small MF properties. Started out with Cozy.co, then they were acquired by Costar and transitioned over to apartments.com.

Hi @Stedman Valentine, I think one of the best ways to get started investing in real estate is a house hack with a low down payment loan. As @Ola Dantis said, you could buy a house and rent out spare bedrooms, or buy a 2-4 unit and rent out the other units. Connect with some of the realtors here who have reached out, and start analyzing deals with the BP rental calc. Good luck!

I would reach out to Avery Carl. She has a lot of STR experience in that region.

Hi @Andrew Way. Glad to see several folks have responded. Completely agree with @Cassi Justiz and @Alyssa Dyer on their perspective of the market. Being a stable and strong cash flow market, you could hold for a few years and look at refinancing then - just a bit of a slower BRRRR model is all. I've done this successfully several times now with small multifamilies and minor rehabs. Good luck!

I can't speak to his mentorship program, @Spencer Glaser, but I just finished his book that @Ronan Donnelly mentioned. Highly recommend it.
