Congratulations on the success you guys have achieved!!

I'm not as cool or smart as you guys,  all I can report is that rental demand has been steady and a lot of buyers looking into the Ocean View area for investment purposes.  I helped a handful of new investors buy house hacks in Norfolk/OV,  its image has definitely shifted positively.

Sounds like a great idea but a difficult property to actually find .., the mixed use part throws things off

Tough to say , many factors including condition layout and location but sounds a little low for a 3/2 SF
