Tell me about it. It's like the wild west down here, but I have time to learn the ins and outs of the market.

Thanks Marlen but because of the nature of my work I barely spend time in Dallas. Investing over there is not something I'm currently contemplating. Maybe in the future.

Hi everyone,
I recently moved back to the island and browsing Zillow and clasificados online I've notice that none the listing had a virtual tour attached to it. In the times that we are living I was surprise that this wasn't more common on the island, specially for +1M dollar listings in Dorado where the majority of the buyers live outside the island.
I have the equipment and software to create Matterport, and Zillow 3d scans and I was wondering if any local Real Estate Agents would be interested in 3d tours starting tin the $150-200 range?
Any feedback is welcomed,
Thanks
Jaime

Hi Everyone,
I'm a Technology consultant originally from Puerto Rico living in Dallas. I'm single, with no kids and no debt looking to start investing in Real Estate in the island. Due to COVID I've been working remotely for the past 9 month and I probably will for the faceable future so I decided to move back to the Island with my parents a couple of month ad and started looking for investment opportunities in the island. I've been looking for apartments for short term rental in Condado and Miramar but the market seems to be tapped and the apartments that I find don't qualify for a conforming loan.
I'm interested in:
- Short-term rentals in San Juan or the west coast
- Rental properties
- Fliping
Any help will be greatly appreciated
Thanks,
Jaime
