lol sorry guys. My actual post did not post but somehow my very first post made on BP got reposted. I will still message you both for personal interest, but will change my post

Hi my name is Jake. I live in the bay area of California but have lived in multiple areas of California. I currently have 1 property but am looking to meet fellow members from Kansas City,  Atlanta, Sacramento, or San Antontio region of Texas.

My goal for 2021 is to close 3 properties, and I am a Jack of all trades in life. Nice to meet you all

Just want to point out that a bad deal is worse than paying tax. If in the situation where you realize your time is running out on the 1031, don't just throw your money anywhere. Losing money in this way is a surefire way to pop a blood vessel

Sounds like you need to find a handyman to do all those things, since its some basic level skill that almost everybody can do.

@Gail Greenberg

If your goal is just to get to 10k a month in gross rent, buy 2 properties in san francisco

@John Lanser

Directly via bank transfer, paypal, venmo would be an option. I saw apartments.com has an option to pay directly also

@Kim Tucker

Thanks I'll get on that right now

Come meet a bunch of Kansas City Investors at the MAREI meeting tonight on zoom - starts at 6pm CST - details on the BP calendar of events.

Unfortunately I will be busy and can't make it to that zoom, is there a way to set up recurring notifications for this event?

Thanks everyone else for your comments, I will reach out to you personally.

@Jake Lee Great to meet you as well. I, of course, am partial to Kansas City. I have several out of state clients, specifically from california that like the KC market for it's recession resistant work force (warehousing, industrial, health, and government + a mix of tech and ag) and returns (6.25-7.25% cap rate for medium sized properties). Let me know what you are looking for and would be happy to assist.

 Thank you Alex and Brianna. I havn't figured out how to tag yet but I will reach out and connect with you
