@Jake LeeI live in the Sacramento area and invest in the Kansas city market. The market is hot. I just put a house for sale on sunday and I received a cash full price offer yesterday. Kim Tucker's group is a great resource for Investors in Kansas city. I use the marie facebook page many times to meet and find workers.
