Well you see just the front of the house that's why seems small.
2-3 apartments hmm can't imagine how to convert it.

The house is really cheap and does not need a lot of work.....
New roof,new electricity,new plumbing and so on......
From my calculation i can get between 1500-2000$ every month and in one year the house is paid off so you can see how much they want for the property...The owner just gave up fixing it but as i see it, it's almost done....

How about section 8?
Do they have programs for these type of houses?\
The area is not great it's on border between a good area and a bad area
So don't know what to do,you scare me Dale:)Anyway thanks for advice guys

Helo.I just found a great deal 7BR house witch needs some TLC
I have two houses each 3br but never had any expirience with 7BR ...It's huge........so it's kind of scary :)
What do you think guys of this type of property?Forgot to mention it's gonna be for rent
