Post: Wanted: Rehab Buyers or Buyers Networking (Greater Seattle Market)

Attention: Rehab Buyers/General Buyers,

My name is James and I'm a tenacious local wholesale investor from the Seattle area developing my line of network. As I'm getting set-up, I thought I'd put this out here and see if I can make some solid connections based on your current buying power. I've lived here most of life and its been a privilege meeting amazing people in the area from all sorts of walks of life!  One of the biggest traits about me is that I enjoy learning and developing all aspects of real estate from beginning to end! If there's anything I can do to leverage your buying criteria I'd love to briefly connect with you! Please PM me or send me an email about yourself to [email protected] that way we can get to know each other personally. Your feedback is greatly appreciated. Otherwise, I look forward to partnering with you on the flip!

Best regards,

James Abuan

Great story! I loved your negotiator power but the seller went ahead and agreed to extend without the additional offer he was asking. Nice work!

Hi Chad,

Thank you for your input. I think you may be onto something here. Is this what most investors like yourself use for direct mail perhaps?

Thanks,

James

Does anyone know the correct web domain or site to pull a list from "listserv"? I'm coming up with a variety searches just not sure which one to obtain a list for my direct mail campaign. Thanks for the help in advance!

Regards,

James

@Zach Schwarzmiller @Natalie Kolodij

Okay, so it really depends geographically where to identify those with any given market if I'm hearing this correctly? Dependent on the source and when to look can also be a dictating factor just like for Natalie, you were able to find several properties on MLS for a week but now not so much due to Seattle's upturn? However, good swag into commercial Zach definitely there's great returns but I when you say SFR is tough - do you mean tough due to finding the inventory to locate a good deal or tough in the sense that there might be another wholesaler already engaged in the transaction?

I just signed up for the FB's Jumpstart program where it includes wholesaling etc. However, I couldn't agree more with everyone's input in getting the information through Bigger Pockets but I also think it depends on the person's level of experience whether your new or tenured. For me, I've been with BP since October and have been learning on my own at my pace. A little slower process especially having a full-time job but least I'm making the effort. It can definitely take a lot of time and patience studying on your own but most importantly if you can leverage another approach to learning and getting educated, it could also eliminate a lot of guesswork from the beginning?

@Natalie Kolodij Hello Natalie, in your earlier post you mention "The Seattle market is REAL hot right now and its real tricky."...etc..

May I ask why that is from your perspective? Also, is it just recently or has it been like that for quite sometime that being difficult?

Hello Everyone,

Any tax accountants out there in our Seattle market can answer this question? My question about filling-in the number of allowances on our W-4 forms if anyone can answer this. What would be the highest allowable number that's suggested to obtain the most amount before being taxed on our paychecks? Is there even a certain number threshold we shouldn't enter before getting hit with back taxes perhaps?

Any thoughts or suggestions out there?

Thanks,

James
