Hi Jana, I am fairly new to CRE. I am a veteran of raising money from institutions. I recently got involved in CRE and I like it. I want to do more of it. I need a good LTV. I have access to hard money, credit & debt funds, insurance companies, etc.

I am looking for genuine good deals, when I find them, going to get the money is what I enjoy most. It seems we might have similar backgrounds and is a relationship that could bear fruit down the road, especially if there might be bigger size deals down the road ($100 million +) that either one of us might be working on?

You and me both. I have access to hard money at ~10-12% and 1-2 points and can generally close in 2-3 weeks. Big projects, for example building 1000 units or more, or projects where the all in cost is north of $50-100 million are ideal institutional deals. I specialize in those size deals IMO.

Where are you located?

I am new to CRE, I got involved for the first time 2 years ago (Raise $620 million). I like it. I am seasoned in raising big money for good deals. Getting in the door for big, big money is my specialty. If you actually have a GOOD deal, I know where the money is and how to get it. That said, it always comes down to the quality of the deal. If its there, let's talk.

New to CRE over the last 2 years, seasoned in raising big money for good deals. If it is, in fact, a good deal, I know where the money is.
