Gen B License #881992 it is inactive now bc of my work situation but I’m debating about reactivating or do I focus on being a full time investor! I will be full time real estate investor soon!

I am a carpenter by trade and have 25 years of building experience in residential & commercial. I did real estate inspections for about 4 years.

I grew up in Kansas till I was 19! Then I moved out to the east coast Hilton head island for a year, then I moved to Southern California and have been living outside San Diego for the last 20 years!

Rich dad poor dad! It’s the #1 book that all investors seem to start out with! Even though it’s not a real estate book it’s easy to read! It gets you thinking differently! Investor mind set!!!! Good luck!

I have worked for spec home builders from start to completion, super high end homes in Southern California and everything between! I do have commercial experience as well! I have been a contractor, home inspector, construction project manager. I’m currently house hacking! I want to help people who don’t know what to do in a construction problem or are not sure how or why to do something. Thanks for reading!
