Drew I'm currently doing home repairs furnaces acs Boilers I recently helped out a couple guys in the flint area doing fix and flips to get back on budget .I have been making sure I learn as much as is possible I'm currently looking at a couple of properties deciding I really want something like a b or high c type property correct me if I rated them incorrectly .I don't want to end but I don't want low  end either .I am finishing up a friend's rental property hopefully this week then I'm going to focus more on getting myself into the business full scale .hope your doing well .

Hi I also live in Michigan actually not far from Drew .I just wanted to say that I agree with dDrew as it was a hard lesson for us.Now before I spend any thing I ask myself is this a need or is it a want . Needs get addressed and I figure if I spend the next 5-8 years letting the wants wait ,we will be at a financial advantage point to begin to live the life that we and in my opinion everyone deserves . Hopefully I'll get to meet y'all in the near future as I have just decided to begin the quest to build a rental portfolio as well as some other prospects.i recently had a health scare that made me remember nothing ventured nothing gained ! If I can be a help in any way let me know as I believe it's easier for a team or even 2 people to acquire goals than 1 person alone sometimes it takes the village.

Hi my name's Jim ,I have done all aspects of house repair ,building ECT I even have my refrigerant licences ( universal) I started working with my father at around 8 years old took right to HVAC ,we did all aspects of home repairs demo and building . The trades didn't pay as well back then so after high school I got an associate of liberal arts ( auto repair ase certification) then continued learn in ng took hydraulic system repair and building pumps included and until an injury in2003 was a journey iron working doing structural installing commercial doors where they originally were not designed to be .always running my own side home repair business and taking any chance to learn anything new or a better way to do things because I feel if you aren't moving forward you are  stagnating .I wanted to just say thank you for accepting me and I am grateful for any and all recommendations,tips or critiques as I strive to become the best version of myself I can .
