Hey everyone! I'm looking to move forward to buying my first house! I'm looking to find the best lenders in the Louisville area. Probably going to shop around for a week and see what the best rate I can find is. If you have any suggestions I'm all ears!

Looks like the average time on the market is 65 days. I'm guessing it takes about 35 days to get all the paperwork done if it's through a bank. Leaving it to about a month on the market. This sounds reasonable. Houses do seem to be going fast now though but I'm not sure why. Maybe because of low interest rates right now. Seems to be a buyer's market right now.

I'm new to this and I saw someone sold his house in 24 hours with multiple offers. I was just wondering is this a normal timeframe you can expect to sell your house if you list the right price?

@Joel R. Moretta and @William Cravens thank you guys for the kind words! I had no idea the community had so many great opportunities! I will also try and make it to that event. I hope we can all meet and collaborate in the future!

@Rob Bergeron You have so much going on that's crazy! Sounds like a lot of exciting opportunities.

@Joel R. Moretta Sounds like a plan too me! I'm definitely interested to see what other people are doing and what their plan is. I'm really happy these forums are actually active with helpful people. Makes me excited to start this journey!

@Allan Bishop Jr. @David Espinosa Thank you guys so much for the information! I will definitely reach out soon. Zoom meetings are fine until everything calms down. I look forward to talking to you guys more!
