I used to live in Vancouver Downtown and last year I have moved out to Abbotsford. With crazy real estate market, my wife and I have decided to invest our savings (down payment for our home) 

The math simply wasn't working in lower mainland so I am leaning towards Calgary...

I have 100k cash, I am going to get pre-approval from the bank before I fly out to Calgary.
