I have been listening to the podcasts and love them, I have listen to at least 3-4 a week for the past year. I feel that after my yearlong learning, and studying that I am ready to start my real estate investing full force. I work as an RN full time (3x12 hour days) so that leaves me 4 days a week for real estate investing. I will take your advice to ask more questions, and start networking with more people.
