im working with a double agent so hes going to say good things but its a old country house on a old country road needs about 15k to 20k worth of work built 1900 put every last dime including christmas money my family has im not rich ive got 3 young girls and no prier education just a ged im on disability i was hurt serving for are country i really could use some advice please anyone help im lost .

property is 5 minutes from small city in ohio other homes aren't as old that are currently on the market two forclosurs near between 30 k and 45 k renovation is 15 k to 20 k house MLS value is 65 to 68 and their asking 24 k

im James 37 divorced male from Oh i worked in construction for several years im a single father my passion is to become a real estate investor but i need a mentor to show me the ropes a partner and a friend can't do it alone i have money saved back good credit but noway of knowing how to proceed ive read books and would love to work with good honest people i guess im looking to just be the father i always wanted to be to my 3 daughters i lost my house my job my family my mother had a massive stroke and later found out she had cancer id give anything for a chance and believe God led me here for a reason

I'm working on a deal but I'm short by a few grand but i don't know how to move forward private money lenders minimum is 50 or higher and hard money lenders extremely high interest rate i was hoping for advice .
