I'm working on a deal but I'm short by a few grand but i don't know how to move forward private  money  lenders minimum is 50 or higher and hard money lenders extremely high interest rate i was hoping for advice .

i'm 38 year old former contractor i,ve invested in property in the past but id like a chance to become a professional full time real estate investor i have excellent credit and large sum of cash to invest ..but need a private money lender or hard money loan to complete my team .
