I have stayed in this condo for 11 months. My lease is coming to an end. My landlord is beyond motivated to sell me the condo and is interested in a cash transaction with much flexibility. He stated that he needs cash, so he can retire. The 20% down payment will come from myself and the seller more than willing to finance a 2nd mortgage minus my 3.5%-5% cash and seller will pay closing costs. looking to see how the numbers look.

Hello All!

I'm James. a one-time landlord/investor (years back) seeking to get back in the game. My goal is to and build a thriving and successful real  estate investment career! I feel super fortunate to have access to such a  huge resource of information and inspiration.

I've decided to invest in sfr's & 2-4 unit multis to start. While getting more experience with the BRRR process, but guess what? I have NO cash! I am ready to learn. if we help enough people get what they want...you get what you want! So, Let's get creative!

Maybe it is more of a buy & hold situation. Fells point rents well!
