I just posted another meet up int the networking section "Albany, NY Area Investor Meet up." I hope to "see" you and others looking to network there!

Join us for another virtual meet up on Monday, April 12 from 6:30-7:30pm. 

These meetings are a casual space to connect with other investors, discuss current projects, ask questions and share deals. Non-local and new investors are welcome! This is a great place to learn about the Capital Region market. 

Format:

-Introductions: Who are you, what are you working on?

-In Search of: In need of a service, deal, or support? Ask the group and grow your team. 

-Monthly Topic (Partnerships): Experienced investors share lessons learned; new investors ask questions and share structures you are considering

-Open Discussion/Q & A

We’re located in the Albany, NY area and have experience with conversions like this and co-working. Happy to chat about both. My feeling is that both conversions and co-working are interesting but challenging projects.

I look forward to meeting tonight! To keep the conversation flowing, I propose the following format:

-Intro & tell us something you're looking for (tell us who you are and about the investing you are doing or wish to do, tell us if you're looking for something particular-- a group member might be able to help! Feel free to jump in if you have a deal or service that might help someone).

-Current deals-- if you've recently done an interesting deal, share with the group. Focusing on a lesson learned, a great contact you made while doing the deal, or an element of creativity you leveraged could be very valuable for all participants.

-Questions/thoughts/open floor

I'd love to keep this meet up relatively casual (there other others that are more structured and I don't always find I get what I need out of them), but please let me know if there are topics you'd like to chat about. We can certainly narrow our discussion to particular topics in future meet ups or add secondary meet ups to do a deep dive.

Please note this meet up is open to ALL individuals that wish to invest in the Albany area (this includes all surrounding Capital Region areas, as well!). You do not need to be local!
